The Ministry of Transportation is seeking public comments on proposed regulatory changes to introduce three categories of towing services with additional billable items. These changes aim to enhance transparency, clarity, and reasonable billing practices. Your insights and feedback are highly valued as we work to amend Ontario Regulation 162/23 and Ontario Regulation 167/23 under the Towing and Storage Safety and Enforcement Act, 2021. The posting will close on May 19, 2025.
