The Towing and Vehicle Storage Office have developed a frequently asked questions (FAQ) document based on questions and comments we have received from industry. The intention is to provide clarity and to support industry compliance with the Towing and Storage Safety and Enforcement Act.
This correspondence has been distributed to members of industry stakeholder groups and all registered TSSEA certificate holders, including tow truck drivers.
