Please see below information from TSSEA in regards to the extension of the deadline to submit your maximum rates.
“TSSEA would like to inform you that the self-service portal will be down for maintenance from 5pm today until 5pm Sunday, November 30.
To provide additional time and support for operators, the deadline to submit updated rates is now December 9, 2025.
What does this mean:
- Operators who submit rates between November 1 and November 30, 2025 will have their updated maximum rates published on the public portal December 1, 2025.
- Operators who submit rates between December 1 and December 9, 2025 will have their updated maximum rates published on the public portal on December 10, 2025.
- Operators who do not submit updated maximum rates by December 9, 2025:

- Will not have active published rates on the public rate portal as of December 10, 2025; and
- Will not be in compliance with section 28(3) of the Towing and Storage Safety and Enforcement Act, 2021 if they charge for any towing or vehicle storage services.”
