SERVICE REQUIREMENTS
Dispatch and back-office software for towing and roadside operators. We send work and run the paperwork behind it — we do not own trucks and we do not compete with our operators for calls.
One board for consumer, dealership, rental, insurer, body shop, property and municipal work. Behind it: drivers, trucks, credentials, daily inspections, photos, GPS timelines, storage, liens and a QuickBooks-ready export.
To join: a valid CVOR, current commercial insurance, and a current tow driver certificate for every driver dispatched.
Cost: nothing to join. We earn 10% of the jobs we send you, and nothing on your own customers.
Beta opens after Labour Day 2026.

QUALITY AND REVIEW
Our compliance claims are enforced by the software, not by policy:
Expired credentials stop dispatch. A lapsed tow driver certificate, licence or insurance and the platform will not assign the job — every operator, every time, permanently.
Open major defects stop dispatch. Daily inspections live in the app; a truck with an unresolved major defect cannot be assigned work.
Arrival is proven. GPS-verified arrival is recorded separately from an operator's own statement, and never presented as the same thing.
Every job keeps its evidence — photos, times, positions and the agreed price — exportable as a dated pack for an auditor, an insurer or a court.
Customers rate every completed job, and consistent quality earns a lower platform fee. Members are welcome to watch the credential and defect gates refuse a dispatch before they join.
