If you have submitted an application to MTO and the form does not look like the downloaded sample below, MTO is providing you with the opportunity to upload the correct form.
IF you are assisting the driver with their Tow application, you must first obtain their certified results( See below). Login to your dashboard and scroll to Enhanced Criminal Record check, then click on certified results and download the PDF.
If the driver is submitting their own application, they will receive an email advising them that their file is complete and they can download the same PDF.
MTO has shared the following steps to update your file:
Log into https://www.commercialvehicleservices.mto.gov.on.ca/?appname=tssea
Scroll down to “Submitted applications”
Click on the driver order number
Update/upload the required information listed above
Click “Submit”
NOTE These steps are only if you submitted the incorrect PDF results. Ensure you submitted the file that looks like this:
