Based on Ministry of Transportation (MTO) records, it appears that as of November 26, 2025, you have not submitted an updated maximum rate schedule for towing and/or vehicle storage services.
As a reminder, all operators are required to submit updated maximum rate schedules into the portal by November 30, 2025, even if you previously submitted rates using the old rate structure.
On December 1, 2025, all the old maximum rate schedules (i.e., schedules submitted before November 1, 2025) will be deactivated. If you want to keep charging for services without interruption, you must submit an updated schedule with maximum rates for all towing and vehicle storage services you provide through the by November 30, 2025.
If you do not submit an updated maximum rate schedule, then effective on December 1, 2025:
- You will not have any active published rates on the public rate portal; and
- If you charge for any towing or vehicle storage services, you will not be in compliance with s. 28(3) of the Towing and Storage Safety and Enforcement Act, 2021.
